Today I found out I'm a fingertip dilated but I have a yeast infection I'm treatin. Can I still use my cream?

@preggointx I kno but bein the smart pregnant person I am I asked her every question under the sun except that one. She prescribed it a week ago before I started dilatin tho but I jus now got the cream from the pharmacy.
