unbearable hot flashes

Oh my god I'm going to pass out from fanning myself so vigorously.. everytime I put on clothes I start sweating all down my back and my face is constantly red my bangs curl up from the sweat on my forhead and stick to my face... When will it all end!

    @amab13 When I'm home that's what I do but I work full time still at 34 weeks and I go stand in the freezer but it doesn't seem to work once I walk out I get sweaty again!
