When I ws breastfeedin my last baby, midwife suggested drinking fennel tea, I tried it but it ws horrible. I live in uk and bought it in a natural remedies shop!!
The mothers milk does work. But I had a hard time drinking it, I used fenugreek as well. You can always use both the funugreek and the tea together. And if you don't smell like maple syrup from the fenugreek, up the dosage
It doesn't work for everybody but it's worth a shot.
Try earth mama angel baby's milkmaid tea. My friend completely gave up breastfeeding because of production and a week or so later she tried it and now she produces more than enough.
