Has anyone ever had heavy bleeding and passed a clot and not miscarried?

I had very heavy bleeding with my first I was 3 weeks and it was just implantation bleeding he attacked himself to a blood vein and burst it

@ momof22be I had light spotting the other day. Then it stopped for about two days. Tonight I was hanging my shower curtain and I felt a warm trickle. When I looked it was bright red and kept coming. So I laid down with my feet up for a half hour. My boyfriend came home and took me to the hospital. When I got here I needed to pee and when I did a small clot the size of a quarter came out. Im still bleeding, not as much, but the doctors said they aren't sure if they will ne able to tell if I mc or not
