Exercise ball success?

Bouncing as I type this lol Anyone had any success with the bouncing?

39 + 2 got checked for the first time today, 2 centimeters dilated 50% effaced.

I have to work this weekend and I'd much rather be in labor! Lol

  • I did when I was pregnant with my daughter. It also helped a lot with my back pain. I was told to rock on it not bounce. The rolling motion helps the head down and open you up!
  • Oh cool tip, I'll try mixing up the bouncing and rocking.
  • I think its what helped me. The day my water broke, I was on the ball, walked for 30 mins, had sex, then bam! My water broke.

  • So far I've bounced a couple times today, I've had a few contractions but nothing earth shaking. Gonna try and attack the hubbs if hes not to tired, and if he doesn't figure out what I'm up to lol hes really stuck on my due date lol
  • Well I'd say the ball may not be magic but I think it helps! Went into labor saturday morning and had my baby sunday night!
