Mom of 5.5 mo. old twins pregnant again with extremely high hcg levels!

So my husband is gone for 16 months. -His family lives 1000 miles away. -They are the only living relatives I have -Have 5 1/2 mo old identical twin boys. -Very high chance of there being multiples again... Help? Lol
