I'm starting to feel shortness of breath and also I'm getting tired quicker. My belly is feeling a lot heavier...this must be the point that misery kicks in
@wilsomom really? i guess its good I have an appt on Thursday @valentinasmommy LOL yea I probably walk 2 milles a day and then some (i mean get pulled by my dog around the block twice a day), do arm crunches everyday (aka food to mouth lifts lol), and a few squats held for 30 seconds or more (only bcuz I can't get up after I bend over). @billysgirly well i can tell mine is a momma's boy already bcuz he doesn't seem like he's dropping anytime soon lol
