Should I pack a hospital bag already? Is it possible that my doc. Could tell me im ready to have my son this early? Help please!

You can go ahead and pack, you never know when baby will decide to come. I doubt your doctor would tell you your baby was ready at 32 weeks. Baby should stay in at least another 5 weeks to be considered full term.
