TMI... But good for a laugh?

Soooo... today at 35 weeks was the first time my doc will be checking me. I have not been able to see past my belly for a while and let's just say I haven't kept a grooming ritual for months! So yesterday I got out the razor and felt my way around to clean things up down there. All of the sudden I looked at the razor and saw tons of blood. It was on my hands, dripping down my legs, oh Lord! What have I done ?! I started out feeling a little embarrassed about an overgrown bush and now I am headed to the dr office with cuts, scrapes, and razor burn, not to mention some undoubtedly missed hair! I feel like a little kid who got caught shaving for the first time!!

  • Hahaha that is funny :-) I'm dreading the day I can't shave down there anymore! I'll be 30 weeks tomorrow and I'm proud to say I can still shave quite nicely :-) I bet your doctor is going to get a good giggle out of what you've done to your coochie though!
  • Lol I did the same thing with my 1st baby... then I bought nair. My life has been hairless ever since :P
  • Lol I go next week I guess I should try trimming now Hahaha

@breewshington08 Nair! That's genius! Wish I had thought of that sooner! I'm putting it on my shopping list.

  • Do you ladies know about the trimmer razor thing (from Gillette or something) you can use the trimmer wet so you can do it in the shower. It was like 10.00 bucks max. You can take the cover off and the trim it off! It works so well its crazy. By the time I was using it it was like mowing grass Lol and I thought it wouldn't work but it worked SO SO well to at least trim up
  • I never had that problem, I was always able to bend over my belly and shave but that would suck! Lol
