Restarting?

@homebirthadvocate and others, my baby Is three months now. I breastfed her until she was about four weeksand would love to again, but my supply is gone. Is there anyway to restart at this late stage? I miss the bonding and would like to give it one last try. Please help!

Start taking fenugreek 3 pills at a time, 3 times a day. And drink the mother milk tea, a few cups a day and see if your milk comes back.

Pump pump pump your milk works on a supply & demand system, the more you need the more you get. Try pumping & nursing & just wait and see. Good luck to u and I hope that helps.
