@lauralu they say use fmu because your urine becomes more concentrated overnight and that translates into more hcg available in your urine for the hpt to detect. If you have already missed AF testing anytime of the day should produce enough hcg to get a positive if you are in fact pregnant. But if you are still waiting on AF I would try to test around 7-8 a.m. You know as soon as you get out off bed in the morning like @lyricsmommy said.
