light hospital bag packing anyone

Ok so I hate taking things to hospital as they always have everything..my original plans are purse.loose clothing ill b wearing there I can leave in same clothes. Phone charger.camera. car seat. Going home outfit for baby n his diaper bag just incase we stop on way home.....I'm having c cection so ill bring pillow for ride home...anything I might b forgetting..remember they provide tooth brush shampoo etc

That sounds pretty good. You might want to bring your own pads because free ones usually really suck. Some nipple pads would be a good idea too especially if you don't want to bring extra clothes. A sweater would be just as good tho. You can just cover up the leak stains. I have no idea what to expect so I'm packing two bags! )

Hairbrush.depending on your hair. I know mine has to be brushed before(and after lol) showering otherwise its beyond knotty.

I dont leak lol I never get milk in.... I'm lucky in that department...my hair is short hehe n I dont care what I look like in hospital water n my hand can fix that if needed lol...thanks ladies :0)

Lol then you may be all set oh one thing I learned last time around was have someone fill the prescription (if you take it) before you're discharged and leave. We waited and stopped on the way home...and had to wait such a long time that the hospital meds wore off and I was in the rite aid parking lot(in the car) bawling..

An extra camera! Even if its just disposable. The birthing class I attended, the nurse teaching it said to bring one back up bcuz a new mom one time came back crying her eyes out to her. Somehow all the photos and videos on her camera were erased and she had no momento of her baby being born. It was so sad!

I'm bringing clothes for me,babe,and toddler. deodorant, phone/charger, hairbrush. My husband is going to have to sleep at home cause not having HIS bed along with new baby is just cruel. So if I need anything it won't be a big deal

I made my bf bring out little clip on gan. My room (shared with another mom) wad hottt!
Camera
Couldn't even wear the clothes I brought, I was wayyyy too swollen. I wore stretchy pj's and my boyfriends chanclas.

Wow, that's packing really light...with my first I had 3 bags, two pillows, a boppy, and two blankets. A bag for me, baby, hubby; a pillow for hubby and I; blanket for hubby and I. Oh and another bag for camera/laptop/video camera and snacks for DH. It looked like we were moving in! LOL. I tried to pack lighter this time, but I still seem to have the same amount anyway, sounds like you got everything!
