Ok so its been a month n a week since I delivered n since I delivered I dnt have normal bowl movements I only poop every 2days or so n only once n wen I poop its big n it hurts so much dat I'm scared of having to poop.. iv never had dis before

Eat high in fiber foods.. I am a constipated person and they help alot

I know how you feel!!! Dr prescribed me stool softeners since I'm still taking prenatals and iron.. id rather give birth again than poop! Lol
