I breastfed for 4 weeks, I have been done for 3 and I hope it would have changed already but they haven't, will my boobs ever perk up again I feel like a grandma they sag! And I'm only 20 I'm to young!

give it time. eventually they will completely dry out and the "heaviness" will get better
