help me please early labor pain

Im in early labor of hurts so bad how can I ease the pain I am at a three doc said once I get to a four they will keep me I'm at home now in the tub please help

If they send u home how do you know when you reach 4??
Bath is a good idea would be my choice also. I would just look up different position to help labor... Good luck.
