Heavy coughing.

I'm guessing I have a bad cold or if its just the pregnancy symptom called rhinitis (I think thats how you spell it) but anyway I'm constantly coughing and coughing and I was wondering will that harm my baby? I'm curios and worried because when I cough my tummy tightens and I feel like I'm hurting my baby.

Stuffy noses are common during pregnancy, as is shortness of breath. If you feel like you can't breathe though, it could be a blood clot. However, it is cold season, so you may be getting sick (as I am right now) I hope you feel better soon!

I caught the flu last week at 7 weeks. Damn near coughed up a lung. I go in for an u/s tomorrow. I hope baby is okay.

I have been sick for weeks and can hardly ever breathe out of nose and I keep couching too. Its driving me insane but everything I've read said it shouldn't hurt the baby
