Max and Ruby

So this cartoon confuses me. Max is Rubys brother where are there parents? They visit grandma but Ruby is in bunny scouts how old can she be? She rides the bus alone and the Huffingtons let her watch their baby. She appears to be Max's primary caregiver but where are the parents? She still plays dress up and other games that lead me to belive she's not that old. Does anyone else ever wonder this when its on?

I love the cartoon! Ruby is 7 yrs old. I do wonder where the parents r, but if you read the books the parents are in them.

It was just a random thought cause I've never read the books my 3yr old loves the show. What about Roger there gaga over him and he's kinda an ass (I think) to Ruby?

UHMMM THANK YOU!!! That show bugs me LOL. Grandma stops by sometimes, but bossy ass Ruby seems to be in charge most of the time. @breewashington08 I'm sure Max is just acting out due to Ruby killing their parents! ILMAO

I don't like this cartoon. Ruby is too bossy and she is always telling Max what to do. Its clear that Max likes to do his own thing but she won't let him.
