Feel like I got punched in the stomach.

The past couple of days iv been hurting really bad and I feel like I got punched in the stomach. I'm going to call my doctor in the morning just to ask but does anyone know what this might mean? At some points the pain takes my breath away. Idk if this is normal or not.

Is it constant or does it come and go?? It could be the way baby is laying

Possibly growing um ligament pains?

It gets worse sometimes but is there most of the time. Anytime I move it hurts, especially when I lay down. Iv had braxton hicks and this seems different. But maybe not im not sure this is my first pregnancy.
