Contractions are the worst pain EVER. I've been having minor ones for a day and a half till about 2 hours ago they wake me in my sleep. Don't want to wake BD up yet. They are 10 mins apart. Is it normal for them to be about 2 mins long? Ugh... At least I know for sure FOR SURE this is it.

I just read in my what to expect book that its normal for it to last up to 2 mins good luck !

@misspregger6989 Sounds like you're on your way to active labor! True contractions last much longer than braxton hicks and each contraction should build up, peak, then slowly lessen.

@misspregger6989 It's ok to be nervous, this will be my second baby and I'm nervous, lol. It's been nearly 6 years since I experienced labor and since this pregnancy has been very different than my first, I half expect my labor/delivery to be just as different!

Don't be scared or nervous hun makes them worse as your tense. my were iregular up till pushing.. yes they hurt a LOT but all worth it

@mommyoftwoprincesses @angel26 @kdaniels I had my baby girl friday the 9th! I did it naturally and it hurt so bad. But it was worth it to finally have my baby here with me to hold
