early labor?? *UPDATE*

I'm 33 w +4d and the past week I've been having lower back pain and cramping in my pelvic area/ lower tummy .. I also had contractions which seemed like BH.. this morning I lost a piece of my mucus plug. Am I just paranoid or is it something to worry about. I'm a FTM


* I lost more of my plug .. I came to lay down because I'm tired and I started to get really bad abdominal pains, I keep switching positions it finally went away* my question is should I be worried??

Call your dr and definitely tell them! Also drink 3 big glasses of way and lie down.

I started having back pains around that time I was contracting but not in hard labor I slowly made my way to 4 cm by the time I was 39 weeks!! Made induction go very smoothly!

Drink lots of water and relax but if ur worried id def call ur dr. Its always better to b safe
