I used one. I bought one a week and half before I went into labor. I used it every day, sat on it, bounced, and swayed back and forth. I did use it the night I went into labor. I was 40+1 week when my water broke and I went into labor.
I've had mine for my last 3 pregnancies. I sit on it when I'm on the computer or reading, etc. It really helps open your pelvis & gets baby in good position & down low on your cervix. Plus, it really feels like a good stretch on your thighs & hips, imo. I start in the 3rd trimester & use it almost every day. I don't think it actually puts you in labor, but helps prep your body. Oh, & I just roll my hips around on it, I don't like to bounce cause I'm afraid it will break...lol.
