I'm getting induced in 13 hours. I'm so afraid and don't know What to expect I'm so bad with pain. Any advice

I'm a FTM but I would say definitely rest up so you have plenty of engery!!! Even though its scary, keep thinking about that amazing prize at the end of labor. Good luck, hope others have better advice lol %%-
