So... Ive picked out his first name. It will be austin! But for the past 2 weeks ive been trying to pick a themeE for the nursery and havent found anything! Any suggestions?
@MommyOfTwoPrincesses my main problem is I have to find a theme I can do without spending alot of money. I lost my job and I have an 18 mth old and this one and am doing it all on my own. I still dont even know how im going to get him clothes! Lol he may be wearing pink!
Have a baby shower hun!! Invite everyone you know! Go to antique stores, pick up a few things like an old boat wheel that needs work and stain it to make it look vintage. What state do you live in? Many states have programs to help you with clothes/diapers/carseats.
@MommyOfTwoPrincesses apparently I cant have one bc noone will come bc its my second. I live in missouri. I just feel horrible for not being able to afford anything
@mollysmama Do not go with an under water theme. I'm doing our little guys nursery with that theme and it has been so hard finding things to go with it. I swear they only have 2 or 3 bedding sets everywhere. It seems the most popular would be jungle. =]
Here's a good idea for help as well as go to local churches, they usually can help with clothes and accessories, many hospitals or wic offices will also help with car seats/breastpump/clothes/diapers, cragslist is great!, and try the local social services office. They can give you cash and food assistance as well as in some areas a maternity grant is available.:)

@mollysmama That's where I finally settled at. I had found one online that I really liked but couldn't find and accessories to go with it. I think its such a cute idea but they make is so difficult with not having more of a selection. Like if say you do a jungle or safari theme there are so so many more possibilities and you can mix and match. We have finally found somethings that match pretty well and I'm so excited to see all of it together. =D

Damn lol hoping you were on the border. Lol try cars or definitely jungle. I found a lot of cheap stuff of jungle at garage sales. Craigslist may help too. Definitely good luck.
