contractions and sleep

I can't sleep through these contractions and cramps! They're not close enough to go in but can't sleep. Any tips on what to do? I've been awake about 20 hours so I know I need to sleep.

I would go n cuz when mine got that bad I was tryna hold out til they were closer together got to the hospital an I was damn near 6 cm.
