drooling blood??

So i just woke up and was peeing and noticed i had dry blood all over my hand. So i looked in the mirror and had dry blood all over my face and lip. So i checked out my pillow and there was blood all over my pillow. I can't find an orgin anywhere on my lips or in my mouth. Any ideas?

    It could of been your gums bleeding while you slept, or a nose bleed

    Vampirism? Check your partner's neck for bite marks. :/

    Where do you live & how far along are you? Best bet is a nosebleed. They can be especially bad if its dry when you sleep. You can try a humidifier

    I live in colorado so a nose bleed is possible. There was just a trail of blood literally coming from my mouth. Probably was a gum or something. Tried to see if i bit a lip or cheek but with the amount of blood i think i would have a sore. Who knows?! I called my dr and they aren't too concerned about it. Thanks ladies"!
    @blueberrysmom lol i did and he is all clear of bite marks and he feels just fine!! The cat did scratch him pretty hard last night but i don't think his foot was in my mouth lol
