My bf went and got me a birth ball tonight and busted out some massage lotion and massaged my back for an hour. Now I'm relaxed and heading to bed. I'm so grateful to have an amazing boyfriend!!
@billysgirly oh he's not that great at it but once I gave him a few pointers he got it down. Just tell him that you'll walk him through it that way he has no excuse
