Hey I'm 6 weeks pregnant and have a big bump already this is my second child I'm already in maternity troshers could it be twins .

I had an instant bump, it was twins but I lost one at 7 weeks, also I think with 2nd plus pregnancy you show quicker... praying for you

Thanks I'm hoping the midwife might give me a early scan cause I'm a bit to big for how many weeks I am

I think it depends on how long since you've had your last child and how big you were with that one. I don't show until around 7 months but my sister showed immediately lol so who knows

With my first pregnancy the doctor did an ultrasound at my first visit because he thought I might be carrying twins. Turned out that I was just a little further along than originally thought.
