edited September 2011 in Pregnant
i am 32 weeks baby big measuring 37. Best i can hope is that i get induced in 6 weeks or he comes a wee bit early. I am suffering so badly with my pelvis its so painful i can't see me being able to walk at all much longer and can't sleep at night as so much pain. Has anyone got any tips or has anyone already had their baby and can tell me if it gets better after birth? I need a way of easini pain without tablets! Hope you can help x

  • I'm suffering along with you atm. I'm currently laying on my side and when it gets really sharp I rotate my hips till it eases up a bit.
Have you tried a maturnity belt? Icy hot patch. Ummm heating pad?
  • Other than sleeping with pillows in between your legs, maybe a warm bath? I feel your pain though..walking can be painful :(
  • I have pillows between my legs that definitely helps. I went to physio and they gave me this massive tight thing to wear that went up my thighs, over my bump to just under my boobs. It felt nice having my bump held but it made pelvic bones grind together so i couldn't even take a step without tears! Back there next week so we will see but desperate for a sleep! Bath would be good but our tub is tiny now i am big so doesn't really cover me enough to help :(
i have a heat bag that feels nice but mainly need it under bump and scared of making baby too hot! Just dread to think what a state i will be in in a few more weeks.
  • Bump! Sorry need all the advice i can get :)
