Is it bad to take 3 capsules at one time. :-ss I know you take 1 capsule3-6 times a day, but I have done 2 and 3 at once trying to give a jump start and in case I forget to take more later in the day. Will I still get good results and is it ok to take that many at one time.

@Aydonsmommy so your taking a total of 9 a day? Ok so I'm good then. I get so forgetful with pills, that I just figured I'd take 3 of at one time in the A.M. and if I forgot to take more the rest of the day, then at least I got 3 capsules in me.

@Kingsmama Oh yea! I got the lovely aroma. Its actually not bad smelling. At least I smell sweet, lol. Thank you! ;-)
