Stress test for baby?

OK so I never worry about my baby's movement because He Is always so active but now my doctor Wants me to start counting, well today my little guy had not been his normal Self he has hardly Moved, so my question is had anyone haD a stress test done? AND SORRY FOR THE OthER POST IT DIDNT LET ME FINISH

    I've had them done, they just monitor babys heartbeat and monitor for contractions for about a half hour. They also check your blood pressure and do an ultrasound at least that's what my drs did some drs don't do ulrasounds :)

    I would get them done twice a week. We started because I had high blood pressure.
