This is embarrassing so bare with me...since I was pregnant with my son I've sqirted when getting off. Well I just decided to have a little fun by myself and a huge amount of fluid came out. I mean half of my bed is completely drenched. Is that normal or could I have broke my water while masturbating? I'm only 32 weeks and I'm really concerned.

    I would call your doc right now! That much fluid is never good!

    Is it possible you urinated during your orgasm? I've heard of women having that much fluid normally from getting off, too though. Did you notice any mucus or blood tinge to it? Always call the doc if you're seriously worried.

    Smell it. Either way I'd call your doctor and ask them to check just to be safe.

    @rtmommy no it wast urine bc I went to the bathroom after.

    @sara102011 and @pawgio I'm am way too embarrassed to call and explain that to them.
    I've Google it and there's few women that were asking the same thing so dunno. Thank god bf sweats at night so we have a waterproof mattress pad

    I know its prob Tmi but I have also experienced this large amount while getting off and worried :-s luckily, I had a mw appointment the next morning so asked then if my waters had broke and no... didnt tell her why I thought they had tho :-) I think its worth going and asking them to see. You don't have to yell em what u were doin ;-) good luck. Hope it wad just excessive pleasure :-)!

    Don't be embarrassed. You don't *have* to tell them what you were doing. Just tell them you had a gush of fluid that wet your mattress and you're not sure what is was.

    I'd be embarassed too but I'm not really ashamed to tell the dr anything anymore, I'm pretty sure they've seen and heard it all. It's there job! I probably wouldn't say I was masturbating though, I would just call and say when I got off this morning a ton of fluid squirted out and drenched the whole bed. It's not like they're going to laugh at you or anything, worst case they'll be concerned.

    @sara102011 @rtmommy @pawgio @loveourlittleone I did call and the nurse asked if I was having contractions and I'm not so she said just watch to see if you do and if they get 5 mins apart to go in but since I'm not having contractions she doesn't think my water broke. So thank god! I told her the truth it...Im so embarrassed.
    @jennys3rd I'm glad I'm not the only one that this has happened too.

    Bless you. Next appointment they'll be able to feel for the amount of liquor in your tummy. My midwife always checks anyway. You have an appointment soon? I wouldn't worry if you've had no signs of labour... you're obviously just really good at getting yourself off :"> :-)

    I don't like what your nurse said. My water broke with my first and my body didn't progress at all and I had to be induced. Just because you don't have contractions doesn't mean it wasn't your water. When is your next appointment?

    Your human and masturbation is normal. Your an adult and are free to please yourself however you want. I mean being sexual got you where you are today. No shame in that.

    Hmmm... dunno whether is wanna wait that long. If you feel like there's any difference at all it u have more discharge than normal/leaking then id make an earlier appt to get checked over. Chances are, u are fine but, keep an eye out for changes. X

    @jennys3rd I'm taking the hospital tour tonight so I was thinkin about asking the nurses there for a litmus paper to check if I have any amniotic fluid outside of my uterus
