Had my baby girl!
On Thursday sept 15 I walked ALL day long!! I alson drank about 1oz of castor oil. I was 3cm dialated from my dr appointment the day before. I started having bad back contractions bt I couldn't poop (tmi) so I used an enema about 6:15am fri. My water broke while I was laying on the bed 2 hours later @ about 8:05am. Got the hospital & was admitted, checked & dialted to 4cm & 80% effaced. I was in labor for about 3 hours. I sat in a rocking chair so it would relax me a little more. No epi or pain meds. Had my baby girl @ 11:46am. She was 6lb & 9oz. it was amazing!! I couldn't have asked for a better birth. Thanks to my sister who was there coaching me & keeping me focused the whole time!!
