Medical transcription good or bad?

I'm looking into doing medical transcription, so I can work from home. I am a single parent to my 7yr old daughter with a boy due in Dec... Anyone heard any negative out or positive things about it? Wanting to do online classes as well. Any other ideas for working from home? Thanks

I had a friend who did med transcription and all her business/clients sent there work over seas and now she's in school again for medical assisting.

I've heard its harder and harder to get jobs for that at home. I'm not positive but that's what my friend said and she's an rn. Good luck and let me know if you find anything!

Yikes! Bummer... Was hoping I could do it. But if finding work will be hard, idk. Ugh I just wish I could find something from home.
