I think I lost my mucous plug. my back has been sore all day and I am getting menstrual like cramps so there are some good signs!!! I go in for my appointment at 2:00 I'm going to have them check me and see if I have progressed at all. Wish me lots of labor dust!!!!

Thanks @mommyb3 my appointment went well. I'm 1 cm dilated and 70% effaced. they irritated my cervix a little just to see if they could get things moving along...
