something in her eye? and left over from her cord?

My baby had a eye boogie...but its in the middle of her eye, on the white and into the blue part of her eye...I don't know how I should go about getting if off. Idk if I should use my finger, but then I don't want to scratch her eye. How should I get it off? and....Her cord FINALLY fell off (she's 3.5 weeks old) and there's still a little bit in her belly button...should I just keep putting alcohol on it like I did the big part until it comes loose and out?

her eye will flush it out naturally. just keep cleaning it with alcohol until its all gone!!
