Aww wrap your boobies really tight where a tight bra and a tight tank top if you want the milk to disappear don't express any. Put breast pads or a pantyliner in your bra.

An ace bandage helps too if you don't have a tight enough bra

@beautifulone u should try cabbage leaves tht wht the nurse told me before I left the hosptial its has a funny smell but it worked:).
