nervous breakdown

So I almost tripped on my hubbys work shoes and caught myself I felt a muscle pull low im only 11 weeks. I yelled at him and told him I have to be careful I could miscarry if I fall and get hurt... about 30 min later there was bright red blood size of a quarter! I completely freaked didn't sleep and that was that no cramping and only pinkish when I wiped nothing today should I worry?

I called my dr and am just waiting for my dr to call me back I hope everything is okay

Just had ultrasound done and everything looks fine, baby is moving around and heartbeat looks good

That came out wrong, I'm sorry. That's something I could say to a close friend. I'm very happy everything is ok. Any type of bleeding is extremely nerve wracking xoxo
