What makes you leak?

ok ladies i knew that leaking can occur at any time over any little surge of emotion wether its happy sad or angry but i was reading that you could leak just from thinking about baby or baby things so ladies my question is when do you notice leaking most and what are you doing or thinking about at the time??

Are u talking vag leaking our breast leaking? I haven't had any breast leaking yet, but plenty of vag discharge! Doesn't seem related to anything, just constantly. Supposedly after birth the nipples can leak easily just from thinking about baby or hearing a baby.
