i have a question to ask i need to know this when u get pain in your lower back and come towards the right side of your stomach what should i do about it because i'm having pain all over. My back and my chest hurt right bad :-(( :-((

Those sound like gallstone symptoms. Is it lower spine?and near right rib? any yellowing of eyes or skin? If so go to er.
