My baby does the same thing! When I hold her on my chest to burp her she puts her legs on my arm and scoots up my shoulder! And she kinda scoots crawls her way up to my shoulder when I'm laying down with her on my chest. She's a month old now.
lol my baby also he scares me sometimes he scoots, hold his head up, try to hold his bottle, pacifier falls out sometimes he works it back in his mouth, he was rolling on his side he 3wks old! hopefully he keeps it up and potty training will be a breeze lol
