K I am wondering if anyone knows anyone who has had a criminal case moved to a different state. My cousins gf has a couple of warrants from nj but wants to get it transfered out here cause she doesn't want to be across the country doing time cause of her new baby

Has she already been convicted and on probation?

If she has outstanding warrants and she gets caught she could be extradited back to nj it would probably be best to turn herself in and then ask the judge

I don't know the full story. But I know Oregon would take her. She did get arrested but jumped bail almost two yrs ago. She's a very nice person that made stupid decisions
