sciatica postpartum and epidural question

I had pretty bad sciatica while pregnant, and i am now 5 wks pp and i still feel the pain almost as bad as when i was pregnant. What, if anything can relieve this pain i couldnt walk or even stand last night. Also, how long did the discomfort from the epidural last for all of you?

Oo ok @kayleigh what did yours feel like? I feel like a dull aching pain it does hurts a lot just bothersome

I felt like my back was breaking everytime I laid on my back for more than 5 minutes! Lol
