stomach pain and vomiting

After my husband and had sex I was in horrible lower stomach pain and started to puke. I have not even taken a home pregnancy text yet but I was wondering if anyone thought this could be caused by being pregnant. This has happened once before but I was hoping for some feedback.

I am still waiting. I would be late next week. We are so excited about trying to get pregnant, we are prematurely thinking I am ALL the time.
