Ok ladies I just read this in a book... when trying to lose weight before each meal mix 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water and drink it all... this will decrease ur appetite so u will jst naturally want to eat less... have u heard of this?

  • I've heard of that but never tried it and I don't know anyone else that has and it sounds gross so I could see why it decreases your appetite lol
