  • I didn't know that inductions don't always work :( I ended up with a c-section.

I could not have been prepared in anyway for the extreme exhaustion and fatigue once we got home.

I didn't know your first period will be heavy, very heavy.

I didn't know that newborns don't always need to have a hat on in the house.

I didn't know how exhausting and demanding a growth spurt is.

I didn't know that the stitches in my vag would be sooo uncomfortable. I didn't feel them at the hospital, but once I got home OMG!

I had no idea I would bleed for 3 weeks afterwards and I'm pretty sure my period is on the way soon. Smh

I didn't know I would still be extremely hormonal afterwards. I think I was hormonal until recently, lol.

I didn't know that I'd be so extremely sleep deprived! :( I miss my sleep, but he's worth some sleep loss.

I didn't know that I could handle the contractions! I did good! They hurt, but I took em like a champ lol. That epidural is heaven though! THANK YOU BABY JESUS!

I didn't know I'd lose weight so quickly! I'm back to my pre-baby weight minus one pound! There's the silver lining! I'm trying to be sexy again before Xmas! POW!
