I think it means labor is coming soon...esp if it has some blood in it. I'm a ftm but have seen a lot of people say that's what it is. How far align are you?
I was told that it doesnt really mean anything by my midwife. I lost mine at 35+2 and here I am still pregnant at 38+5... It will regenerate if you dont have bubs. I did lose mine in my first pregnancy in the first few hours of labour though...
I lost mines yesterday, it looked like a snot w a blood tinge on it. Ewwww I am almost 36 weeks, I was checked Thursday n I'm 2-3 cm open. My Dr gave me a week or two if that

I did lose mine in my first pregnancy in the first few hours of labour though...
You can sit on a ball or on the toilet backwards to widen your hips though. Hopefully you'll go into labor on your own.
