Contractions?

Someone help!! I just had sex with bd and now I'm having really bad cramps..I'm not sure if these are contractions though..I don't know what to do!! I'll be 38 weeks on tuesday..

    Drink some water and lay on your side. They can just be braxton hicks, if they go away they are braxton hicks but if you can't breathe through them for an hour and they are 5 - 10 mins apart go to l&d.

    Oh my god they are horrible! Its been like an hour already and they do come and go..but I thought contractions were supposed to have back pains and I'm not having any back pains just bad bad cramps

    Oh and most likely after sex you'll get contractions esp if you orgasm, a similar thing happened to me a few days ago except it wasn't that painful but they were coming 4 mins apart , I went to l&d and they said I was 50%effaced and in early labor. But nothings happened since then.

    Not all contractions go to your back. Have you been timing them?

    I agree with @mommylovessparkle give it an hour or two and see how it goes, rest and drink water...its common to get strong BH's after sex.

    At the doctor on monday I was 50% effaced and 1 1/2 cm dilated
