Red orange spots in poop?

Is this a bad sign? or has this happened to someone elses baby? I was switching back n forth with BF & formula and now just formula til she gets the hang of it

    This happened to my son. My mil didn't seem to worry to much. But, I wasn't switching back and forth, I was just formula feeding.

    Breastfed babies poop is usually an Orange/red like file and it smells different from formula fed poop my baby had a poop like that and I called cause I was worried no big deal they told me
