Who's tried them? Did it work for you and how long did it take? I've had Braxton Hix since 18 weeks and false labor for the last 4-5 weeks. Was admitted into the hospital for 2 1/2 days at 30 weeks and was put on slight bedrest til I deliver. I'm now 35+2 dilated to a 1 cervix thinning and for some reason I can only eat maybe once a day if that. My doc gave me the go ahead to try and get things started bc I've had the steroid shots and all so I just wanna get some feed back on the Evening Primrose Oil.

I did. Started a low dose at 36wks and continued to up it each week. I was at 1cm from 38wks til I was induced at 39+5 but I was veryyy soft and that is what it is supposed to do so I would say it probably did work. Doesn't hurt to try!
