You def need.to atleast pump the other side...but with my littke one he only likes certain hold positions depending on the boob. Like he ONLY likes the cross carry with my left boob..and will ONLY eat off my right if he is in football hold...

Other then surgery later I can only suggest pumping the smaller boob as much as you can to bring back a supply and even it out...
